Steve Weaver Named Managing Partner of Season 52 Oak Brook
Seasons 52, the highly-acclaimed fresh grill and wine bar restaurant, has announced that Steve Weaver will be the managing partner for the Oak Brook location opening at Oakbrook Center later this spring.
“With his wealth of experience in the restaurant industry, Steve is the perfect choice to lead our Oak Brook restaurant,” said Seasons 52 president Stephen Judge. “Weaver uses his high-energy and enthusiastic nature to help motivate those around him as well as his exceptional management and leadership skills to drive others towards success.” Weaver, who has been with Seasons 52 for more than three years, has over 20 years of hospitality experience in the restaurant industry. He began his career at Pappadeux Seafood Kitchen, a division of Pappas Restaurants Inc. He quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately serving as General Manager at the company’s Westmont, IL location for 6 years. Then he turned his talents to two of Chicago’s most renowned hospitality groups. As Director of Restaurant Operations for Rosebud Restaurants, he was responsible for seven upscale Italian and Steakhouse restaurants. Moving on to Gibsons Restaurant Group, he spearheaded operations for Luxbar, Gibsons and Hugo’s Frog Bar and Fish House. Before joining Seasons 52, Weaver was Manager of The Capital Grille, Chicago, where he directed all facets of the venerable steakhouse’s day to day operations.

Seasons 52 currently operates 22 locations in 13 states across the country and will open additional restaurants in Oak Brook (Oakbrook Center), Ill. in spring 2012; Santa Monica (Ocean and Broadway) and Los Angeles (Century City), Calif. in fall 2012; Sacramento (Arden Fair Mall), Calif. in winter 2012; and Houston (Westheimer), Texas and Edison (Menlo Park), New Jersey in spring 2013.
