2012 marks a new beginning for Polo in Oak Brook. After a few years of intensive planning the new “Oak Brook Polo Club” is back to uphold the tradition that Oak Brook became known for around the US; POLO.
The village has signed an agreement with the Willow Harbor Polo Club from Three Oaks, Michigan to manage four polo matches this year. The matches will be held on the Oak Brook Golf Club driving range, which is the former site of polo matches during the hey day of polo in Oak Brook in the 1980’s and 1990’s.
Polo matches at the Oak Brook Polo Club begin in late August and take place on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm.
